Mark Behan and Richard Taylor were both Partners of leading London Surveying Practices before establishing the Firm.
Between them, they have more than 25 years experience in the property industry. Through their energy and enthusiasm, they pride themselves on their ability to provide a proactive, professional service that meets client requirements.
Mark is a neighbourly matters expert and specialises in providing Party Wall Act, Crane and Scaffolding Agreements, Rights to Light as well as daylight and sunlight advice and studies. Mark is the author of numerous articles and sits on the RICS Boundary & Party Wall Practice Panel.
Richard specialises in providing due diligence, Building Survey and professional services for both occupiers and investors. Richard has extensive Project Management, Refurbishment and Fit Out experience across a broad range of building types. Richard is also a qualified Assessor for The RICS, responsible for reviewing submissions and interviewing candidates as part of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) process.
